Yes. Our Metallic phone cases are available both in MagSafe compatible and non-compatible options. Please be mindful of this when picking your desired phone case type. Only the cases with Magnet ring will work with all MagSafe accessories.

When placing an order, we highly recommend that you double-check the item's size and the correct shipping address to avoid unnecessary returns or exchanges. If you order the wrong size or provide an incorrect shipping address, we cannot be held accountable.

Please re-order the item and return the other one to us if you wish to exchange it for a different color or if you made an error on your part (such as ordering the wrong size or color). We'll give you a refund for the wrong item. Please contact us so we can assist you.

Before leaving feedback, please let us know if we made a mistake or if you are unhappy for any reason. We will make every effort to resolve your problem. We put your happiness first.

If an error was made on your end (such as wrong size, wrong color, etc), or if you would like to exchange for another color or size, please place a new order and return the other item back to us.

Refunds will be processed when the item is delivered back in its original condition. In addition, shipping and handling fees are not refundable since we offer free shipping.

Tracking of your order marked "delivered" by the usps and items not received because of an incorrect shipping address are not our responsibility. If your package does not arrive, please get in touch with your local postal service. Other than the tracking number once it is shipped, we have no control over any details.

Please contact us with as many photos as possible if your item has been damaged.

We are based in Kissimmee FL (USA). We ship all orders the same day except weekends and holidays. Once shipped, it can take up to 3 to 5 business days for US orders. For international orders, it takes up to 7 to 14 days.

Can I combine multiple promotions?

Unfortunately, you can only use one promo at a time. Our Sale items are already discounted and are also available for free shipping. Please keep in mind Sale items are non refundable.
