Are your phone cases MagSafe compatible?
Yes. Our Metallic phone cases are available both in MagSafe compatible and non-compatible options. Please be mindful of this when picking your desired phone case type. Only the cases with Magnet ring will work with all MagSafe accessories.
Returns or Exchange
When placing an order, we highly recommend that you double-check the item's size and the correct shipping address to avoid unnecessary returns or exchanges. If you order the wrong size or provide an incorrect shipping address, we cannot be held accountable.
Please re-order the item and return the other one to us if you wish to exchange it for a different color or if you made an error on your part (such as ordering the wrong size or color). We'll give you a refund for the wrong item. Please contact us so we can assist you.

Lost Package or item lost in mail or Item received is damaged
Tracking of your order marked "delivered" by the usps and items not received because of an incorrect shipping address are not our responsibility. If your package does not arrive, please get in touch with your local postal service. Other than the tracking number once it is shipped, we have no control over any details.
Please contact us with as many photos as possible if your item has been damaged.
Where do you ship from and how long does it take to arrive?
We are based in Kissimmee FL (USA). We ship all orders the same day except weekends and holidays. Once shipped, it can take up to 3 to 5 business days for US orders. For international orders, it takes up to 7 to 14 days.
Can I combine multiple promotions?
