How it will work

1. Shop your favorites. Use the same email address each time so eligible purchases can be linked to your rewards profile.
2. Collect points. Earn 1 point for each full US dollar of eligible merchandise spending after discounts. Points are rounded down once per order. A $39.95 eligible purchase earns 39 points; a $100 eligible purchase earns 100 points.
3. Let your points become available. Points will remain pending until your order has been delivered and the applicable return period has ended. Canceled, refunded or charged-back purchases do not qualify; partial refunds reduce the points earned.
4. Enjoy your next reward. Exchange 100 available points for a $5 discount on an eligible future order with at least $50 in merchandise before the reward, after any item price reductions, excluding shipping and tax.

A few simple reward rules

• One $5 points reward per order. Each redemption uses 100 points; remaining points stay in your balance.
• Points rewards cannot be combined with other discount codes or Buy 2 Get 1 Free offers. Bundles do not qualify for the reward and their price does not count toward the $50 minimum. Mixed carts may qualify when eligible non-bundle merchandise alone totals at least $50 after discounts; the $5 reward applies only to those eligible items.
• Earn points on the amount actually paid for eligible merchandise. Bundles, shipping, taxes, tips, gift card purchases, free promotional items and the portion covered by rewards or store credit do not earn points.
• Paid merchandise in a promotional order may earn points on its discounted value; free items earn no additional points.
• Rewards reduce your merchandise total. Shipping charges and free-shipping eligibility are calculated using the merchandise total after the points reward.
• Points are promotional rewards, not cash, gift cards or a dollar store-credit balance. They cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash.
• The planned program applies to eligible purchases at shopcaselix.com after launch. Purchases made before launch or through Etsy, Walmart and other marketplaces are not included.

Your questions, answered

Will I need to create an account before ordering?

The planned experience lets you shop as a guest using your email address. Eligible points will be linked to that email once the program is active. Sign in using the same email to view your balance and redeem rewards. We will confirm sign-in and enrollment instructions when the program launches.

Will I earn points just by saving a product?

No. Your wishlist saves inspiration; points come from eligible purchases after the program launches.

Why might the points shown on a product differ from my order?

Product-page points will be an estimate. Your final pending points depend on the merchandise amount actually paid after discounts and other exclusions. Pending points cannot be redeemed until they become available.

Can I use my $5 reward on an order of exactly $50?

Yes, if the order meets the eligibility rules. A $50 eligible merchandise subtotal becomes $45 after the reward, before shipping and tax. It may no longer qualify for free shipping.

When can I start earning?

We will announce the launch before points earning begins. This information page does not activate earning or redemption.
