RETURNS

For a seamless process, please ensure returns are postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

Initiate a return by emailing our customer service at hello@shopcaselix.com with your order number. Once approved, securely pack the item in its original packaging and send it to:

REFUNDS

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll process it within three (3) days. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles, and you'll be notified via email.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
  • Items on SALE or BOGO offers

If you mistakenly ordered the wrong size, we're here to help. To qualify for returns and exchanges:

Changed Your Mind? It Happens!

If preferences shift upon receiving your purchase, we accept returns for a full refund within 14 days from the delivery date. To be eligible:

Received an Incorrect Item or Order? Our Apologies!

In the rare event of receiving the wrong item, reach out to our support team at hello@shopcaselix.com with your order number and a photo of the received item. Caselix will promptly rectify the error and ship the correct item.

Received a Faulty Item? Our Sincere Apologies!

If you believe you've received a defective item, contact our support team at hello@shopcaselix.com with your order number and photos of the reported faults. If deemed faulty, Caselix will provide a replacement or a full refund.
