These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of www.shopcaselix.com and purchases from Flip Cart LLC, doing business as CASELIX (“CASELIX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked on the website. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement or use the website with a parent or legal guardian’s permission. You may not misuse the website, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape the service unlawfully, infringe intellectual-property rights, impersonate another person, or use the service for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

Products and appearance

We work to display product descriptions, compatibility, colors, and images accurately. Screens and manufacturing processes can cause reasonable variations. Unless expressly stated otherwise, visual effects such as glitter, marble, metallic, pearl, gemstone, stained glass, or texture may be printed artwork and not physical material or raised texture.

Customers must select the correct device model and case type. MagSafe compatibility applies only to products and variants expressly identified as MagSafe compatible. A design name or image alone does not guarantee compatibility with a particular device or accessory.

Orders, acceptance, and availability

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may reject or cancel an order for suspected fraud, payment failure, inventory or production limitations, shipping restrictions, obvious pricing errors, or other legitimate reasons. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the canceled amount.

Orders may ship separately. Availability and production times can change. If an order cannot ship within an advertised timeframe, we will provide the notices, choices, or refunds required by applicable law.

Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are shown in the selected storefront currency when available. Taxes, shipping, customs duties, and other charges are displayed or assessed as applicable. Customers authorize the selected payment provider to charge the total shown at checkout.

Promotions

Promotions may have eligibility requirements, exclusions, dates, minimums, or quantity limits. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined. We may correct or cancel a promotion affected by an obvious technical or pricing error, subject to applicable law.

For Buy 2 Get 1 Free, customers must add three eligible phone cases to the cart; the lowest-priced eligible case is discounted. No cash value applies. Returns recalculate the promotion as described in the Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy.

Personalized orders and customer content

You represent that you own or have permission to use every photo, logo, name, trademark, and other item you submit. You grant CASELIX and its production providers a limited license to use submitted content solely to create, fulfill, support, and document your order.

You are responsible for spelling, selections, image resolution, cropping, and instructions. Previews are provided only when offered or requested. If a preview is sent and no response is received within the stated approval period, production may proceed using the submitted instructions. We may refuse content that appears unlawful, infringing, abusive, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate.

Shipping, returns, and cancellations

Our Shipping Policy and Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy form part of these Terms. Cancellation or change requests should be submitted within 1–2 hours but are not guaranteed after production or fulfillment begins.

Intellectual property

The CASELIX name, branding, website design, photographs, graphics, product artwork, text, and other content are owned by or licensed to CASELIX and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No license is granted except the limited right to use the website for personal shopping.

Reviews and submissions

If you voluntarily submit a review, photo, video, suggestion, or other feedback, you grant CASELIX a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, adapt, and use it for store operations and marketing, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy. Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and must not contain unlawful, misleading, or infringing content.

Third-party services

The website may use or link to services operated by third parties. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services. CASELIX is not responsible for third-party sites it does not control.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted website access or that every product will prevent all damage. Phone cases and screen protectors reduce risk but cannot guarantee that a device will never be scratched, broken, lost, or damaged. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CASELIX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the website or products. CASELIX’s aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify CASELIX from third-party claims arising from content you submit, your unlawful misuse of the website, or your violation of another person’s rights, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights, disputes may be brought in the state or federal courts having jurisdiction in Osceola County, Florida. Nothing here prevents either party from bringing an eligible claim in small-claims court.

Changes, severability, and entire agreement

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the “Last updated” date. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. These Terms and incorporated policies constitute the agreement concerning website use and purchases.
