- Priority Shipping is available at a flat rate of $10, estimated to deliver within 1 to 2 business days.

What are the shipping costs and times for Canada?
- USPS Economy International shipping for Canada is available at a flat rate of $15, estimated to take 6 to 10 business days.

How much does international shipping cost, excluding Canada?
- Standard International Shipping: $20 (10-15 days). Express International Shipping: $40 (3-8 days).

Are your phone cases MagSafe compatible?
- Yes. Our Tough Cases and Metallic phone cases are available both in MagSafe. Please be mindful of this when picking your desired phone case type. Only cases with a Magnet ring will work with all MagSafe accessories.

What is your return policy?
- We accept returns within 14 days of purchase as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us at hello@shopcaselix.com to initiate a return.

- If tracking shows "delivered" or an incorrect shipping address was provided, we aren't responsible. For damaged items, contact us with photos.

- We're based in Kissimmee, FL (USA). US orders take 3-5 days, and international orders take 7-14 days post-shipping.
- Can I combine multiple promotions?
- Only one promo can be used at a time. Sale items, which are non-refundable, already have discounts and come with free shipping.
